Cancellation Policy (Consultations and Appointments)

Overview

This policy applies to consultation calls, workshops, or any scheduled appointment you book with Invite Life.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, we’ll do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee availability.

Cancellations

If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may choose:

  • A reschedule, or
  • A refund (if applicable based on the offer terms at purchase)

No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without notice, the session may be forfeited and non-refundable.
