Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (templates, downloads, guides, and similar), all digital product sales are final once delivered or made available for download.
Exceptions may be considered for:
Duplicate purchases
Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved
Memberships and Subscriptions
Cancel anytime: You can cancel your membership subscription at any time.
Cancellation timing: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Access after cancellation: You will continue to have access through the end of your paid billing period.
Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.
Physical Products (If Offered)
If we offer physical products (such as event-in-a-box kits), returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.
Return shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged/incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
