Deliverables

Deliverables vary by consultation type and may include a short written summary, timeline recommendations, budget adjustments, or a prioritized action plan.

Follow-Up

Unless otherwise stated, consultations include one follow-up message for clarification within a limited time window.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for implementing recommendations and for all vendor decisions and contracts.
