Yes, our Master Event Strategist (Elite) tier is planned for a future launch once the community is established.

Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade, you’ll get access to your new features right away.

Yes, consultations are available for Premium and Pro members.

Yes. Pro members receive 1 consultation credit per calendar quarter.

Billing, Refunds, & Policies

  • Digital products are non-returnable.
 
  • For eligible physical products, we accept returns/refunds within 30 days.
 
If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.

Yes. You can cancel anytime. Your access will continue through the end of your billing period.
